Special shout out today to the crew at LKSD Kitchen in Downey, California. I'm honored to be invited in as a guest Celebrity Chef on the 21st. We'll be rocking the house -- dry aged rib eye steaks with aged Kentucky Bourbon, smoked espresso, cracked pepper, Moroccan salt; oven roasted asparagus with coffee hollandaise; cabernet sauvignon sautéed Portabellas -- everything we turn out is lit!
Turning the big 22 today is a young man very special to me, my son Tim. Happy birthday sunshine biscuit! I love you with all of my heart. You have been a blessing to my life from the second I held you in my arms the first time. You are a fine young man, and I am proud of you!

As a former Champion boxer what I can say is in life you are going to get hit. You're gonna get hit hard. You might be down, but you are not out. I tell my sons, this the time to get serious, dedicated, focused and rise up! From the time you get up commit to doing everything you can to making your dream come true!
